Important Information:
Opening Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Duration: The experience lasts approximately 2 hours (you are welcome to stay on the farm longer)

Grotto Capacity: The grotto comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. You may purchase more than 6 tickets for different families, but please note the grotto space itself is limited to 6 guests at a time.

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrival may result in your tickets being invalidated.

Access to the Farm: Access to the farm will only be granted at your booked time. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early.

Prams & Pushchairs: We kindly ask that prams and pushchairs are left at the designated pram station, which you can collect after your grotto visit. Exceptions will be made for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility. Please be aware that the area around the North Pole features loose surfaces.

Terms & Conditions:

• Please carefully review and confirm your order at each step during the ticket purchase process.

• Once purchased, bookings cannot be amended. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable—even in case of bad weather.

• For children under 16 who prefer not to participate in the Christmas activities, an Adult Ticket may be purchased.

• Your ticket is valid only for the session you have booked and cannot be used for any other session.

• Please bring your booking confirmation with you on the day, either printed or on your smartphone.

We understand that Christmas can be a costly time, so we're offering a Pay-in-3 option to help spread the cost. Please note, an additional admin fee applies to cover the monthly support provided by our office team in managing your payments.

Pay-in-3 Instructions

Once you complete checkout, you will be asked to provide the following details:

• The number of Adult, Child, and Under 1 tickets required

• Your preferred payment date

• A mobile number we can contact you on

• A valid email address for communication

Please ensure all information provided is accurate to avoid any delays or issues with your payment plan.

Important: Failure to make any of the scheduled payments will result in the loss of your deposit and any payments already made.

Pay-in-3 Agreement – Terms and Conditions

By choosing the Pay-in-3 option, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Schedule

• Your total balance will be split into three (3) equal payments.

• The first payment (deposit) is due at checkout.

• The remaining two payments will be scheduled based on the payment dates you provide after checkout.

2. Providing Payment Information

After completing your purchase, you must submit the following within 48 hours:

• Your chosen payment dates

• A valid mobile phone number

• A current email address

It is your responsibility to ensure these details are accurate and up to date. Failure to provide this information within the required timeframe may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

3. Missed or Failed Payments

• Missing a scheduled payment may lead to the cancellation of your booking.

• All deposits and any payments already made will be non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any remaining outstanding balance.

4. Payment Method

• Payments will be taken either by phone or in person at our site.
