Opening Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Duration: The experience lasts approximately 2 hours (you are welcome to stay on the farm longer)
Grotto Capacity: The grotto comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. You may purchase more than 6 tickets for different families, but please note the grotto space itself is limited to 6 guests at a time.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrival may result in your tickets being invalidated.
Access to the Farm: Access to the farm will only be granted at your booked time. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early.
Prams & Pushchairs: We kindly ask that prams and pushchairs are left at the designated pram station, which you can collect after your grotto visit. Exceptions will be made for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility. Please be aware that the area around the North Pole features loose surfaces.
