PUMPKIN SMASHING AT COCKFIELDS!
Halloween’s over… but we’re not finished with the pumpkins just yet!
Join us on 1st November for a smashing family day out! We’ve got leftover pumpkins that need demolishing, and we need YOUR help. Let out those frustrations, get stuck in and help us give pumpkin season a suitably messy send-off!
Pumpkin smashing is included with your admission, alongside all your favourite Cockfields animals, encounters and play areas.
MEET OUR ANIMALS
Meet the bunnies and guinea pigs in Cuddle Corner.
Discover reptiles, bugs and creepy crawlies in the Reptile House.
Hand-feed cows, llamas, alpacas, goats and sheep in the Animal Barn.
Explore our aviaries, meerkat enclosure, Duck Pond and Chicken Run.
Join our farmer-led activities when scheduled.
MAKE A FULL DAY OF IT
There’s plenty to keep little ones busy between smashing sessions!
Bounce on the Jumping Pillow.
Enjoy swings, slides, spinners, rockers and climbing frames.
Get stuck into our outdoor sand and water play area.
Take a spin on the Fairground Carousel, weather permitting.
Explore the Nature Walk.
DOGS WELCOME
Your four-legged family members are welcome to join you for the day, too!
Please note: XL Bully dogs are strictly prohibited and will not be admitted.
REFUEL AFTER ALL THAT SMASHING
Our café is open from 10am–4pm, serving food and drinks, while our Shepherd Hut offers freshly made doughnuts. Prefer to pack your own? You’re welcome to use our indoor and outdoor picnic areas.

Last entry: 2pm
Cashless venue: Card payments only
